Digital Marketing Associate
This role will be responsible for developing and implementing the Digital Marketing strategy on a global scale.
This role will enable our vision of storytelling that inspires customers. This position will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, developing our customer acquisition strategy, and driving traffic to the site.
We are looking for creative ways to grow and engage customers.
Digital Marketing Strategy - Create and execute the digital marketing strategy for the Raquel Allegra brand
ECommerce - Work closely with RA E Com Manager to develop marketing plan
Social Media - Create and execute Social Media marketing calendar for:

You are a well-versed and knowledgeable individual with a broad understanding of the world of art and design. You are an orchestrator of type, color, composition and brand.
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field
Excellent Organizational skills with ability to set and achieve goals, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Adobe CS
Prior experience in Fashion a strong plus.

Job description for Part Time position (30hrs a week) developing into Full Time
Handling all facets of sales transactions including the operation of POS equipment and computers
Simultaneously providing exceptional customer service and acting as main support to greater retail team
Greeting customers in a positive, upbeat and friendly manner representative of company culture
Helping customers find and select and style merchandise
Able to develop a personal clientele through effective use of the selling skills, proactive client outreach and use of client book
Achieving monthly sales goals
Communicating with managers & buyers regarding customer concerns and interests
Participation in modeling seasonal styles for clients in store and publicly on social media
Assist with stock and inventory maintenance and receiving
Participating in team meetings and training seminars
The Ideal Candidate
High school or college level degree preferred
Prior retail sales experience in a high-end or specialty retail store
Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal skills
Positive and pragmatic team player and good listener
Fluency with computers and POS technology
