OLGA: Kostomuksha, Republic of Karelia, North West Russia. It is near the arctic circle
OLGA: Our destiny is a moving target.
RA: How do you stay grounded in times of stress?
OLGA: Physical grounding helps, shoes off and walk on bare earth. Running water aka shower 😂

OLGA: The one that i don't have to cook.
