RA: How do you stay connected? How do you create distance?
TT: I connect by relaxing into the moment. Even the ones that seem transitory and unimportant deserve recognition.
I create distance when i‘m in my room w the door closed :)
RA: What have you been working on during this time of transition?
TT: Cleaning and clearing out of old things. Making space for new.
RA: Where do you connect with nature?
TT: In my garden. Watching the plants go from seed to plant to fruit to seed again.
